摘要
在推进全面依法治国和推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的大背景下,我国的特色社会主义法治体系已基本成型,但当前我国现行的立法中存在着立法语言精英化、职业化、模糊化、失范化倾向。针对这些问题,必须从健全立法语言审查制度、推进立法语言简明化等方面进行改进提高,推进立法语言的简明化、精确化和规范化。
In the context of promoting comprehensive law-based governance,the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,the characteristic socialist legal system in China has basically taken shape;however,there are problems such as the elitism,professionalization,fuzzification,and non-standardization tendency of legislative language in the current legislation in China.In this paper,in view of these problems,improvement strategies are proposed in terms of improving the legislative language review system and promoting the conciseness of the legislative language,to promote the simplification,precision and standardization of legislative language.
