摘要
大数据治理不仅是治理技术的一次创新,更是治理理念和治理思维的一次全面革新。大数据与廉政治理现代化之间存在治理主体、治理内容、治理效能的三重契合,是推动廉政治理现代化的技术动力。当前大数据在国家治理在技术执行过程中还面临数据安全、数据真伪、数据管理、数据情景等现实挑战,需要从制度、技术、人才、思维层面进行完善与优化,推动大数据时代廉政治理现代化目标的实现。
Big data governance is not only an innovation of governance technology,but also a comprehensive innovation of governance concepts and thinking.Big data and the modernization of clean government theory have a triple combination of governance subject,governance content,and governance efficiency,which is the technical driving force to promote the modernization of clean politics.the current big data in the process of technology implementation,it also faces several major challenges in data security,data authenticity,data management,and data scenarios.It requires to be improved and optimized at the level of system,technology,talents and thinking,promote the realization of the goal of modernization of clean governance in the era of big data.
