摘要
随着经济与科学技术的进步与发展,我国各个行业的制造水平与生产技术都得到了相应的提升,汽车机电一体化产品制造技术也获得了飞跃式发展。当前诸多数据电控技术已经被广泛应用到汽车中,如电控系统、传感器、执行器等部分都是以数据流为核心。在汽车向自动化程度不断加深的背景下,汽车发动机故障已经引起更多人的关注。而数据流技术恰好能够帮助人们解决多种复杂的发动机故障问题,使得汽车修理工可以精准捕捉传感器与执行器工作时状况数据。数据流分析对发动机故障的作用是巨大的,能够通过传感器、电子控制单元与执行器来反映参数,这些数据能够真实的反映汽车内部的器件的工作电压与状态,给发动机故障诊断解决问题提供数据依据。

At present, many data control technologies have been widely used in automobiles,such as electronic control systems, sensors, actuators and other parts are all based on data flow. Under the background of the deepening of automobile automation, automobile engine failure has attracted more and more people’s attention. And the data flow technology can help people solve a variety of complex engine failure problems, so that the car repairman can accurately capture the working condition data of sensors and actuators. Data flow analysis plays a great role in engine fault. It can reflect parameters through sensors, electronic control units and actuators. These data can truly reflect the working voltage and state of components inside the vehicle, providing data basis for engine fault diagnosis and problem solving.
