摘要
动态数据流能够为维修工作提供强大的辅助作用,维修人员据此能够对各类传感器产生的相关动态数据(输进、输出讯号期间)进行快速解读,可有效弥补传统评判、维修汽车产生各类故障过程以维修经验为主的方式的不足。主要对基于RBF和数据流的汽车电控发动机故障诊断过程进行了研究,在分析汽车数据流的基础上,介绍了运用RBF和数据流诊断电控发动机故障的原理及过程,进一步提高借助数据流开展诊断与评判相关故障工作的效率及准确率,以期为完善发动机故障的检测过程提供参考。
Dynamic data flow can provide a powerful auxiliary function for maintenance work.Maintenance personnel can quickly interpret related dynamic data(during input and output signals)generated by various sensors,which can effectively compensate for traditional evaluation and maintenance of automobile production.This paper mainly studies the fault diagnosis process of automobile electronically controlled engine based on RBF and data flow.Based on the analysis of automobile data flow,it introduces the application of RBF and data flow,diagnoses electronically controlled engine failure,and further improves the efficiency and accuracy of the diagnosis and evaluation of related faults by means of data flow,in order to provide reference for improving the detection process of engine faults.
