仿生表面织构参数对血管支架内血流动力学特性影响的仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 为优化支架植入后血管内血流动力学参数分布,改善支架内近壁区的血流特性,降低支架内再狭窄发生率,依据仿生学原理,将血管支架内表面的仿生减阻形貌抽象为三角形和矩形,采用ICEM CFD软件和FLUENT软件建模并仿真分析,在入口血流速度一定时,表面织构参数对血流速度、压强和壁面剪切应力等血流动力学特性的影响。结果表明支架内表面织构化后,血管内的血流特性有了很大改善,不同的织构结构及其尺寸对血流动力学参数分布的影响不同,当尺寸处于(0.025~0.06)mm范围内时,三角形沟槽结构的综合特性优于矩形沟槽结构。该结果对优化血管支架内表面的仿生沟槽结构及其参数具有一定的指导意义。 In order to optimize the distribution of hemodynamic parameters in the vessel after stent implantation,improve the blood flow features of the Near-wall region of the stent and reduce the rates of restenosis in the stent. Based on bionics principle,the bionic drag reduction morphology of the inner surface of the stent is abstracted into triangular or rectangular trench. After modelling and simulating of them by ICEM CFD software and FLUENT software,it was analyzed how their surface texture parameters affect the Hemodynamic properties(blood flow velocity,pressure,wall shear stress)given a certain inlet velocity of blood flow. The results demonstrate that surface texturing improves significantly characteristics of blood flow in the vessel. Different texture and its size have different effects on the distribution of hemodynamic parameters. When the dimension is(0.025~0.06)mm,the comprehensive characteristics of triangular grooves are better than those of rectangular grooves. This result has certain guiding significance for optimizing the structure and parameters of surface bionic groove of the blood vessel stent.
