摘要
随着我国钢铁工业的快速发展,高碳铬铁的需求量逐年增加;由于矿热炉造价成本高,我国高碳铬铁冶炼整体装备水平较差、冶炼电耗高;结合铬矿资源发展,矿热炉大型化、熟料及热料入炉冶炼将成为铬铁合金发展的主流。冶炼实践表明,铬粉矿制成的烧结矿、氧化球团及预还原球团分别入炉,使用100%铬预还原球团热装入矿热炉,铁合金日产量提高到260 t,电耗降至2100 kWh/t,渣中铬含量降至3%,还原球团入炉冶炼获得的效益最为明显。
With the rapid development of China’s iron and steel industry,the demand of high carbon ferrochrome is increasing year by year.Because of the high cost of submerged arc furnace,the overall equipment level of high carbon ferrochrome smelting is poor and the power consumption is high.Combined with the development of chrome resources,the large scale of submerged arc furnace,clinker and hot charging will become the mainstream of ferrochrome development.Smelting practice shows that sinter,oxidized pellets and pre-reduced pellets prepared by chrome fines are respectively put into the furnace,and the 100%chrome pre-reduced pellets are used with hot charging,the daily output of ferroalloy is increased to 260 t,the power consumption is reduced to 2100 kWh/t,the chrome content in slag is reduced to 3%,and the benefit of smelting reduction pellet is the most obvious.
