摘要
针对机车滚动振动试验台所用轨道轮的磨耗问题,研究了一种可实现就地镟修的方法,设计了一种基于机械仿形切削的镟轮装置,解决了传统镟修流程周期长的问题。该装置利用齿轮齿条产生切削动力,通过十字滑台机构保证车刀头相对于底座的平动,实现刀头沿导槽中心线运动以完成对轨道轮的仿形切削。
Aiming at the wear problem of the track wheel used in therail vehicle roller test-rig,this paper researches on a method for repairing the wheel on the spot and designs a repairing wheel device based on mechanical profiling,thus solving the problem of the long cycle of the traditional repairing process.In the device,the cutting power is generated by using gear and rack.The cross slide guarantees that the turning tool keeps translational motion with the base.The turning tool moves along the center line of the guide groove,thus repairing the track wheel.
