摘要
食用菌产业在近年来的发展较为迅速,国家政策大力支持食用菌产业发展,同时在建设社会主义新农村、推进乡村振兴的发展背景下,食用菌作为主要的产业分支,成为乡村经济发展的新动力。在新的市场环境下,食用菌旅游小镇兴起,作为独特的食用菌产业模式,具备较高的旅游吸引力。而在产业转型发展要求下,食用菌特色旅游小镇也可作为重点进行建造,以形成多产融合的食用菌产业发展新模式。在分析食用菌产业的多元化转型发展时,从打造食用菌特色旅游小镇出发,探究多种食用菌特色旅游小镇转型发展路径。
The edible fungi industry has developed rapidly in recent years.National policies strongly support the development of the edible fungi industry.At the same time,under the background of building a new socialist countryside and promoting the development of the countryside,edible fungi as the main industrial branch have become the development of rural economy new power.In the new market environment,edible fungi tourism towns have emerged,and as a unique edible fungi industry model,it has a high tourist attraction.Under the requirements of industrial transformation and development,a tourism town with edible fungi characteristics can also be constructed as an important focus to form a new model of edible fungi industry development with prolific integration.In order to analyzing the diversified transformation and development of the edible fungi industry,the transformational development path of a variety of edible fungi characteristic tourism towns was explored started from the creation of edible fungi characteristics tourism towns.
