基于DCS集散控制系统的食用菌多糖提取工艺控制系统设计

摘要 食用菌多糖超声波提取工艺可分为投料加溶媒、超声波浸提和过滤除杂3个工段。基于可编程逻辑控制器的DCS集散控制系统适用于食用菌多糖超声波提取工艺不同工段控制的要求。设计食用菌多糖提取工艺控制系统,并探讨系统的总体结构、基本功能、控制要求等。 The ultrasonic extraction process of edible fungi polysaccharides can be divided into three sections of feeding and solvent addition,ultrasonic extraction and filtration and impurity removal.The DCS distributed control system based on programmable logic controller is suitable for the control requirements of different sections of the ultrasonic extraction process of edible fungus polysaccharides.An edible fungi polysaccharide extraction process control system was designed,and the overall structure,basic functions,control methods and control requirements of the system were discussed separately.
