摘要
河南省黄河以北地区是河南省地下水超采的主要区域,也是华北平原地下水超采区治理的重点区域。结合南水北调水资源利用和地下水超采区综合治理相关规划,分析了节水和水源置换措施的地下水压采潜力及贡献率,定量计算了地下水压采效果和生态环境效益。结果表明:在规划治理措施达效的情况下,河南省黄河以北5市通过节水和水源置换措施至2030年可形成地下水压采潜力约39775万m3,形成生态效益价值量约16亿元,其中节水措施压采潜力约9926万m3,水源置换措施压采潜力约29849万m3;安阳市、新乡市、焦作市地下水压采潜力达到现状评价超采量,鹤壁市、濮阳市压采潜力未达到现状评价超采量,仍需进一步加大治理力度。
The north region of the Yellow River is the main area of groundwater overexploitation in Henan Province and also the key treatment area of groundwater overexploitation in the North China Plain.Based on the planning of the utilization of water resources in South to North Water Transfer Project and the comprehensive control of groundwater overexploitation,the potentials of groundwater exploitation control formed by water conservation and water resources replacement measures were analyzed and the contribution rate of various measures was also estimated.The results show that the formed potential is 397.75 million m3 and the ecological benefit is about 1.6 billion Yuan until 2030.The water conservation measures can form 99.26 million m3 and the water displacement measures can form 298.49 million m3.The potentials of Anyang,Xinxiang and Jiaozuo have reached the present evaluation value of overexploitation,but the potentials of Hebi and Puyang have not reached the value.
