基于云课堂的翻转课堂教学在妇产护理实践教学中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究基于云课堂的翻转课堂教学模式在妇产科护理实践教学中的价值。方法收集学校2018年1月—2019年1月护理专业的98名女学生,将98名学生随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用基于云课堂的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学,评估学生学期末平均成绩、自我导向能力评分和学习效果。结果研究组学期末平均成绩和自我导向能力评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);另外对研究组和对照组学习效果进行统计分析,可发现研究组的在自主学习能力、分析解决问题的能力以及学习积极性均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论妇产科护理教学以基于云课堂的翻转课堂教学模式是一种新型的教育方法,引领了妇产科护理教学的发展,可促进学生的自主学习,丰富教育资源,加快了我国妇产科护理教学的改革进程,具有跨时代意义。 Objective To explore the value of cloud classroom-based flipped classroom teaching model in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, collect 98 female students of nursing major in our school, and randomly divide 98 students into the study group and the control group, the study group used the flipped classroom teaching model based on cloud classroom, the control group used traditional teaching, to evaluate students’ average grade at the end of semester, self-directed ability score and learning effect. Results The average semester end scores and self-directed ability scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). In addition, a statistical analysis of the learning effect of the research group and the control group can be found that the research group’s ability to autonomously learn, analyze and solve problems, and learning enthusiasm are better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching is a new type of educational method based on the cloud classroom-based flipped classroom teaching model, which has led the development of nursing teaching in gynecology and obstetrics, can promote students’ autonomous learning, enrich education resources, and accelerate the obstetrics and gynecology department The reform process of nursing teaching is of great significance.
