摘要 目的通过免疫组织化学染色来验证RGS17在人冠心病猝死者冠状动脉管壁组织中的表达情况。方法收集冠心病猝死案例41例(实验组)及非心源性死亡10例(对照组),根据冠脉狭窄程度分为实验组1 (Ⅰ~Ⅱ级),实验组2 (Ⅲ级),实验组3 (Ⅳ级)。通过免疫组化来检测RGS17在冠心病冠脉组织中的表达情况。每张切片取四个视野,测定平均光密度值后采用SPSS23.0进行单因素方差分析。结果 41例冠心病猝死案例中以男性多见,多位于41~50岁;冠状动脉狭窄以Ⅳ级多见;免疫组化染色显示RGS17在冠心病猝死者冠状动脉管壁中膜表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且RGS17在冠状动脉狭窄Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的表达明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的管壁组织中的表达。结论 RGS17在冠心病猝死者冠状动脉管壁中呈高表达;RGS17在冠状动脉狭窄Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的表达明显高于狭窄Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的管壁组织。 Objective To verify the expression of RGS17(Regulator of G-protein signaling 17, RGS17 in coronary artery wall with sudden coronary heart disease by immunohistochemical staining. Methods 41 cases of sudden death from coronary heart disease(experimental group) and 10 cases of non-cardiogenic death(control group) were collected. According to the degree of coronary stenosis, they were divided into experimental group 1(grade I-II), experimental group 2(grade III) and experimental group 3(grade IV). The expression of RGS17 in coronary artery tissue of CHD was detected by immunohistochemistry. Four fields of view were taken for each slice, and the single-factor analysis of variance was performed using SPSS23.0 after determining the average optical density value.Results In the 41 cases of sudden death from coronary heart disease, most of them were males, ranging from 41 to 50 years old. Coronary artery stenosis was more common in grade IV.Immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of RGS17 in coronary artery wall of sudden death from coronary heart disease was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the expression of RGS17 in coronary artery stenosis grade III and IV was significantly higher than that of grade I and II. Conclusion RGS17 is highly expressed in coronary artery wall of suddendeath patients with coronary heart disease, and the expression of RGS17 in coronary artery stenosis grade III and IV is significantly higher than that in stenosis grade I and II.
