摘要 在工程实践过程中,经常会遇到水泥混凝土路面的板角脱空现象。为研究水泥混凝土路面不同程度的板角脱空在车辆荷载下的受力特性,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维有限元模型,通过理论计算的方法得到不同脱空形态的截面曲线,对不同脱空类型情况下面板荷载应力随面板厚度、轮胎接地压力、脱空域尺寸与初始脱空深度的变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:相对完全脱空路面结构是介于完好路面结构与绝对完全脱空之间的脱空形式,其面层板荷载应力与荷载增加率随着初始脱空深度的增加而增大;Ⅱ型非完全脱空代表基层顶面骨料水损更严重的情况,其荷载应力增加率大于Ⅰ型非完全脱空情况下的相应值,且均小于绝对完全脱空情况下的相应值;通过回归分析得到不同厚度混凝土面层板情况下其面层板荷载应力随脱空尺寸与初始脱空深度变化的计算公式,可为工程实践提供参考。 In order to study the stress characteristics of different degrees of slab angle void under vehicle load,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model, and the section curves of different void forms are obtained through theoretical calculation. The variation of the load stress of the slab with the thickness of the slab, the tyre ground pressure, the size of the void space and the initial void depth under different void types is studied The regularities are analyzed. The results show that the relative complete void pavement structure is a void form between the perfect pavement structure and the absolute void, and the load stress and load increase rate of the surface layer increase with the increase of the initial void depth;the type Ⅱ incomplete void represents the case of more serious water loss of the aggregate on the top of the base, and the load stress increase rate is greater than the corresponding value of the type Ⅰ fully void, It is less than the corresponding value in the case of absolute complete void;through regression analysis,the calculation formula of the load stress of the face slab with the void size and the initial void depth in the case of different thickness of concrete face slab is obtained, which can provide reference for engineering practice.
