摘要
我国地方应用型本科院校的转型正处于改革的关键时期,应用型人才培养的理念与培养模式需要转变与提升。新的历史时期社会的发展与要求对应用型大学的建设提出了更严峻的考验。借鉴澳大利亚的高等教育应用型人才培养理念,结合中国高等教育的发展现状,对我国高等教育应用型大学的建设理念进行反思。我国地方本科院校应结合既有办学特色及办学实际,切实更新育人理念,创新培养模式,不断总结经验,探索出一条适合自身发展的应用型人才培养的道路。
The transformation of local applied universities is on the crucial period of reform,therefore the concept and mode of applied talent-cultivation need transition and upgrade.The development and requirements of the society in the new era are seriously challenging for the construction of applied universities.Referring to the talent-cultivation concept of higher education in Australia and combining the current development situation of higher education in China,this paper is a reflection on the construction concept of applied universities of higher education in China.Based on the characteristics and reality of school-running,local colleges and universities should update their education concept,innovate their training mode to constantly summarize up their experiences and find a suitable applied talent-training way.
