摘要
随着民用航空空中交通流量的飞速增长,拥挤现象频繁产生,在机场、终端区、航路交叉点等"瓶颈"区域,因容量限制出现航班延误、飞行冲突等问题。应运而生的航班进港排序管理系统(AMAN)主要解决进港排序问题,为管制员提供进港航班排序队列及辅助决策建议,通过智能决策工具,使用科学合理的方法替代经验方法。在现有空管自动化系统(ATC)中,采用基于数据共享方式,有效集成航班排序策略,实现AMAN系统与ATC系统的一体化设计,为管制员提供高效、友好的AMAN管理界面。
With the rapid growth of air traffic flow in civil aviation,congestion occurs frequently.In the"bottleneck"areas such as airport,terminal area and route intersection,flight delays and flight conflicts due to capacity constraints,the flight arrival scheduling management system(AMAN)emerges as the times require,which mainly solves the problem of arrival scheduling and brings it up for controllers.Suggestions on sorting and queuing of incoming flights and assistant decision-making are put forward.Through intelligent decision-making tools,scientific and reasonable methods are used to replace empirical methods.In the existing ATC system,flight sequencing strategy is effectively integrated based on data sharing to realize the integration design of AMAN system and ATC system,and to provide an efficient and friendly AMAN management interface for controllers.
