摘要
以食用玉米油作为对比,通过小鼠研究琼崖海棠籽毛油及精炼油的急性毒性。结果表明:琼崖海棠籽毛油对雄性小鼠的LD50为9217.6 mg/kgBW,LD50的95%可信限为8606.4~9871.3 mg/kgBW;对雌性小鼠的LD50为9066.4 mg/kgBW,LD50的95%可信限为8546.9~9617.5 mg/kgBW,均为实际无毒级。琼崖海棠籽精炼油对雄性和雌性小鼠的LD50超过15000 mg/kgBW,为实际无毒级。琼崖海棠籽油中所含呫吨酮类、香豆素类、黄酮类、萜类和生物碱等油脂伴随物是其产生急性毒性表现的原因;将这些物质通过精炼去除后,其中毒表现与食用玉米油一致。
Used edible corn oil as comparison,the acute toxicity of Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil and refined oil in Qiongya was studied.The results showed that LD50 of the crude oil was 9217.6 mg/kgBW and the 95%confidence limit of LD50 was 8606.4~9871.3 mg/kgBW for male mice,and LD50 was 9066.4 mg/kgBW,the 95%confidence limit of LD50 was 8546.9~9617.5 mg/kgBW for female mice.The LD50 of the refined oil for male and female mice was more than 15000 mg/kgBW.The acute toxicity of Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil and refined oil in Qiongya was the actual non-toxic grade.The presence of xanthones,coumarins,flavonoids,terpenoids and alkaloids of Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil and refined oil was the main reasons for its acute toxicosis symptoms.The concentration of these substances in the refined oil is greatly reduced,which makes the toxic performance consistent with that of the corn oil.
