摘要
红厚壳属植物的叶、茎、根、皮、种子等部位含有呫吨酮类(Xanthones)、香豆素类(Coumarins)、黄酮类(Flavonoids)、萜类(Terpenoids)等多种类型化合物。本研究利用硅胶柱层析分离和薄层纯化,从滇南红厚壳叶的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到5个化合物,经理化数据对照和波谱分析,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1),木栓醇(2),β-谷甾醇(3),α-香树脂醇(4)和3-表白桦脂酸(5)。
Some chemical compounds such as coumarins, xanthonoids, flavonoids, and terpenoids have been successfully extracted from the leaves, stem, roots, skin, and seeds of the genus Calophyllum of the Guttiferae thmily. Five compounds, namely friedelin(1), friedelinol(2), β-sitosterol(3), α-alnyrin(4) and 3-epi-betulinic acid (5) were isolated from the leaves of C. polyanthum Wall. et Choisy. Their structures wcrc deterlnined by analysis of ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS.
