摘要
铝土矿的含水量较大,安息角大,粘连性较强,装卸过程中容易出现粘料甚至堵料的现象。系统可靠性是铝土矿装卸工艺设计中应重点关注的问题之一。结合已有铝土矿装船码头的生产作业的现状,讨论了三种前沿区域的装船工艺方案。以铝土矿通过公路运输到达码头为前提,提出了四种堆场区域的堆取料方案。并从装卸作业效率、环境污染、运营能耗、设备投资、堵料可能性、系统可靠性等方面详细地对比分析了各种方案的优缺点。通过梳理总结铝土矿装卸工艺方案,可为类似工程的建设提供借鉴。
Bauxite has high water content,large angle of repose,and strong adhesiveness,which results in the phenomena of sticking or even blocking materials during the loading and unloading processes.The reliable system is one of key issues in the design of bauxite handling process.By referring to the operation status of the existing bauxite loading terminals,three ship loading technologies for the wharf apron are discussed.On the premise that bauxite is transported by road to the terminal,four yard stacking and reclaiming plans are proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of various plans are compared and analyzed in detail from the aspects of loading and unloading efficiency,environmental pollution,operational energy consumption,equipment investment,blockage possibility and reliable system.Bauxite handling technologies are summarized to provide a reference for similar projects.
