摘要
通过对船舶所载易流态化货物的特定危险因素进行分析,确认危险存在的可能性及其特性,以利于海事管理机构根据船舶安检时检查、分析掌握现场有关情况,指导船方采取有效措施,防止船舶承运易流态化货物时发生事故。
by means of analyzing the special danger liquefy, the author affirm the factors of the shipping solid bulk cargoes which may possibilities of the danger exist and specific characteristics about this kind of cargoes . So it＇ s helpful for MSA to inspect and analysis the conditions of the ship while shipping this kind of cargoes , and guide the ship to take effective measures and to prevent accident happen while shipping the cargoes which may liquefy.
