摘要
以鲁星糯1号糯玉米品种为试验材料,研究了不同采收期籽粒粗淀粉含量、含水量、可溶性糖含量的动态变化,及其与鲜穗品质的相关性,探讨鲁星糯1号的适宜采收期。结果表明:授粉后20 d采收品质评分最高(87.9分),但授粉后20~24 d采收品质评分差异不显著。采收期与籽粒粗淀粉含量、含水量和可溶性糖含量均呈显著相关,随采收期推迟,粗淀粉含量增加,含水量、可溶性糖含量减少。授粉后20~24 d,籽粒粗淀粉含量60.5%~64.5%,含水量61.9%~65.4%,可溶性糖含量6.5%~6.9%,为适宜采收期。
In order to determine the optimum harvest date of the waxy maize variety Luxingnuo No.1,the dynamic change characteristics of crude starch,water and soluble sugar content in different harvest periods and their correlations with fresh ear quality were studied. The results showed that the harvest quality score was the highest at 20 days after pollination(87.9 points),but there was no significant difference between 20-24 days after pollination. The harvest time was significantly correlated with the crude starch content,water content,and soluble sugar content. With the postponement of harvest time,the crude starch and water content increased,while the soluble sugar content decreased. 20~24 days after pollination,the grain crude starch content was 60.5%-64.5%,the water content was 61.9%-65.4%,and the soluble sugar content was 6.5%-6.9%,which was the suitable harvest time.
