摘要
笔者对14个糯玉米品种授粉后籽粒不同发育时期的含水量、维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性多糖等主要营养品质指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:(1)糯玉米籽粒的含水量随着灌浆进程逐渐下降;(2)籽粒的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C含量在授粉后10d或13d达到最大值,之后逐渐减少,到授粉后25d达最小值。(3)籽粒的可溶性多糖,从授粉后16~19d增加缓慢,19~22d迅速增加。
waxy corn varieties were used to study the rule of change on some nutritive qualities in different stage after pollination, which were 10d, 13d, 19d, 22d and 25d. The result showed that:1)the water content decreased from 10d to 25d after pollination.2) the content of water-soluble protein, the content of water-soluble suger and the content of Vc reached the highest level 10d or 13d after pollination, and then decreased .3)the content of water-soluble glycogen increased slowly from 10d to 19d after pollination and increased rapidly from 19d to 22d.
