摘要
现阶段,我国基层食品检验技术、基层食品快检管理制度以及基层食品快检人员经费保障管理已然无法满足新形势下基层食品快检工作的需求,因此找到基层食品快检的应对策略就显得十分重要。文中通过论述基层食品快检工作在开展过程中存在的问题以及应对策略,希望能够找到基层食品快检工作改进的方向。
At present,the basic level food inspection technology,the basic level food quick inspection management system and the basic level food quick inspection personnel funds guarantee management have been unable to meet the needs of the basic level food quick inspection work under the new situation,so it is very important to find the response strategy of the basic level food quick inspection.In this paper,through discussing the problems and Countermeasures in the process of rapid food inspection,we hope to find the direction of improving the work.
