摘要
本文以国家电投集团新昌发电分公司#1700WM超超临界机组为研究对象,收集了近几年因为高压加热器液位故障影响机组运行的详细数据,根据日常维护积累的大量实践经验,首先排除了硬件上存在的影响因素。而后,采用自适应遗传算法进一步优化了高压加热器液位的跟踪控制算法参数,有效提高了该设备运行的稳定性。
This article takes the#1700WM ultra-supercritical unit of SPIC Xinchang Power Generation Branch as the research object,and collects detailed data on the operation of the unit due to the high-pressure heater liquid level failure in recent years.Eliminate the influencing factors that exist on the hardware.Then,the adaptive genetic algorithm was used to further optimize the tracking control algorithm parameters of the high-pressure heater liquid level,which effectively improved the stability of the equipment.
