摘要 600 MW机组高加只有当蒸汽和水的温度以及高加水位都符合设计要求时,高加才能保证经济性能,因此,高加正常水位成为高加运行的一个重要指标。为了更好地控制高加水位,可充分利用现有的正常疏水气动调阀和事故疏水气动调阀,将水位控制在最佳状态。通过增加高加解列触发RB功能,快速应对高加解列对机组的影响,保证机组的安全运行。 Only with the temperature of steam and water and the water level of the high-pressure heater of 600 MW thermal power unit meeting the design requirements,the economic performance of high-pressure heater can be guaranteed.Therefore,the normal water level of the high-pressure heater becomes an important indicator for the operation of the high-pressure heater.In order to better control the water level of high-pressure heater,the existing normal drain pneumatic control valve and emergency drain pneumatic control valve may be fully used to control the water level to its optimal state.By adding the RB function of high-pressure heater disconnection trigger,the impact of high-pressure heater disconnection on the unit can be dealt with swiftly to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
