摘要
目的:探究改良高脂低糖DASH饮食对高血压合并高血脂患者控制血压、血脂及提高生活质量的效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年1月于笔者所在医院中心内科门诊就诊的高血压合并高血脂患者60例。将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组在以往饮食基础上给予常规健康教育方法,观察组在对照组基础上给予改良高脂低糖DASH饮食法。比较两组膳食营养摄入情况、血压、血脂水平及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组蛋白质、碳水化合物、能量、胆固醇均低于对照组,膳食纤维、钾均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血压水平低于对照组,TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压合并高血脂患者干预中应用改良高脂低糖DASH饮食干预方法,有助于优化患者的营养摄入,取得良好的血压、血脂控制效果,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified high-fat and low-sugar DASH diet on controlling blood pressure,blood lipid and improving quality of life in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Method:Sixty patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were admitted in the central internal medicine outpatient department of our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine health education method based on the previous diet,and the observation group was given the modified high-fat and low-sugar DASH diet based on the control group.Dietary nutrition intake,blood pressure,blood lipid levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the protein,carbohydrate,energy and cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dietary fiber and potassium were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the TG,LDL-C was lower than that of the control group,and the HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the intervention of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,modified high-fat and low-sugar DASH diet intervention method is helpful to optimize the nutrition intake of patients,achieve good control effect of blood pressure and blood lipid,and improve the quality of life of patients.
