摘要
在教育信息化2.0时代,职业院校教师专业发展发生变化,育人目标的变化需要教师提升专业知能,教育信息化需要教师提升信息化教学能力,教师结构的变化需要构建分层分类的培养培训体系。基于此,结合职业院校教师专业标准,从专业知识、专业能力、反思意识、自身专业发展需要和意识等方面构建了职业院校教师专业发展的重点内容,同时提出职业院校教师个体专业发展的实现路径:工学结合、实境学习提升教师专业知识与能力,学习行为数据收集促进教师知行合一,自我反思推动教育与技术创新,学习共同体培育工匠精神实现知识能力持续发展。
In the era of education information 2.0, the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges has changed. The change of educational objectives requires teachers to improve their professional knowledge and ability. Education informatization requires teachers to improve their information-based teaching ability. The change of teacher structure needs to build a hierarchical and classified training system. Based on this, combined with the professional standards of teachers in vocational colleges, this paper constructs the key contents of professional development of teachers in vocational colleges from the aspects of professional knowledge, professional ability, reflection consciousness, needs and consciousness of their own professional development. At the same time, it puts forward the paths of individual professional development of vocational college teachers: improve teachers’ professional knowledge and ability by combination of work and learning and real-world learning, promoting the integration of knowledge and practice by learning behavior data collection, boost education and technology innovation by self-reflection, and realize continuous development of teachers’ knowledge and innovation by cultivating learning community.
