摘要
目的:研究与观察标识在口腔器械管理中的应用效果及对工作人员满意度的影响,以为口腔器械管理方式的选择提供参考依据。方法:将2017年1月-2018年6月未应用标识期间作为对照组,2018年7月-2019年12月应用标识期间作为观察组。比较两组器械发放时间、椅位固定器械与个人专属器械发放错误率、丢失率、治疗中断率、护理人员及医师对工作效率及标识应用满意度。结果:观察组器械发放时间短于对照组,椅位固定器械与个人专属器械发放错误率、丢失率及治疗中断率均低于对照组,护理人员及医师对工作效率及标识应用总满意度率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标识在口腔器械管理中的应用效果较好,且工作人员对本模式的满意度相对更高,因此临床应用价值相对更高。
Objective:To study and observe the application effect of identification in the oral device management and influence for satisfaction of staff,in order to provide evidence for the selection of oral device management.Method:The situation without identification from January 2017 to June 2018 was set as the control group,the situation with identification from July 2018 to December 2019 was set as the observation group.Then the device release time,error rates of chair fixed equipment and personal equipment,loss rates,treatment interruption rates,satisfaction of nurses and doctors for work efficiency and identification of two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,the instrument release time was shorter than that in the control group,the error rate,loss rate and treatment interruption rate of chair fixed devices and personal exclusive devices were lower than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction rates of nursing staff and doctors on work efficiency and label application were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of identification in the oral device management is better,and the satisfaction of staff for the mode is relatively higher,so its clinical application value is relatively higher.
