摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在小儿疝气手术护理中的应用及对满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的接受手术治疗的小儿疝气患者92例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各46例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予综合护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组下床时间、住院时间均优于对照组,住院费用及疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿疝气患者手术护理期间给予综合护理干预,可有效促进患者疼痛程度减轻,缩短住院时间,使预后效果得到改善,可推广使用。
Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children’s hernia operation and its effect on satisfaction.Method:From January 2017 to May 2019,92 children with hernia who received surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost and the score of pain degree were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention during the operation nursing of children hernia patients can effectively promote the relief of pain,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the prognosis,and can be widely used.
