摘要
目的通过对比简列数据,研究优质护理用于疝气手术患者的护理效果,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月收治的72例疝气手术患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组,分别为试验组和对照组,各36例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施优质护理,对比患者护理并发症发生率、术后疼痛评分及护理指标。结果试验组患者的护理效果各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组患者的相关情况,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理并发症发生率明显低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后12、24、72 h的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疝气手术患者护理中,实施精细化、针对性强的优质护理能够满足患者的护理需求,其效果确切,能有效改善临床症状表现,减少并发症的发生。另外,其护理效果较为理想,且安全性较高,可在提升护理质量的同时提升患者对护理工作满意度,因而得到了很多患者的认可。
Objective To study the nursing effect of high-quality nursing for hernia patients by comparing the simple data,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing clinical treatment model.Methods A total of 72 hernia patients treated from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The incidence of nursing complications,postoperative pain score and nursing indexes were compared.Results The improvement of the nursing effect index of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of patients in the experimental group at 12,24,and 72 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of hernia patients,the implementation of fine and targeted high-quality nursing can meet the nursing needs of patients,with definite effect,effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce complications.In addition,its nursing effect is ideal and its safety is high.It can improve the nursing quality and patients'satisfaction with nursing work.Therefore,it has been recognized by many patients.
