摘要
分析屏蔽效应和中介效应下技术进步偏向性空间扩散边界的作用机制;采用三方程标准化供给面系统法测算中国及各省份制造业技术进步偏向性;应用门限回归法实证检验三种渠道下制造业技术进步偏向性空间扩散的边界效应。结果表明:中国及各省份制造业技术进步呈现资本偏向型。屏蔽效应在劳动密集型产品或技术的贸易条件下呈倒U型关系,在资本密集型产品或技术的贸易关系下呈U型关系;中介效应会使得技术进步偏向性更快的趋于稳定状态。不同地区的边界效应与经济发展程度相联系:东部较发达地区普遍呈现中介效应,西部欠发达地区主要呈现屏蔽效应,因此,应弱化东部地区的政府干涉,而强化西部地区的宏观调控。不同渠道的边界效应与贸易规模相联系:技术贸易和要素流动渠道体现为中介效应;中间品贸易渠道体现为屏蔽效应。因此,应加大中间品贸易规模,突破屏蔽效应的束缚。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of biased spatial diffusion boundary of technological progress under shielding effect and intermediary effect,measures the technological progress bias of manufacturing industry in every province in China and nationwide using the three equation standardized supply surface system method,and tests the boundary effect of spatial diffusion of technological progress bias of manufacturing industry via three channels using the threshold regression method.The results show that the technological progress of manufacturing industry in every province in China and nationwide is capital biased.The shielding effect shows an inverted U-shape under the trade terms of labor-intensive products or technologies,and it shows U-shape under the trade terms of capital-intensive products or technologies;the intermediary effect will accelerate the stable tendency of technological progress.The boundary effect of different regions is related to the degree of economic development:The more developed regions in the East generally show intermediary effect,while the less developed regions in the West mainly show shielding effect.Therefore,the government interference in the eastern region should be reduced,and the macro-control in the western region should be strengthened.The boundary effect of different channels is related to trade scale:Technology trade and factor flow channel show intermediary effect,and trade channel for intermediate goods show shielding effect.Therefore,we should increase the trade scale of intermediate goods and break through the shielding effect.
