铁路特长隧道紧急救援站选址方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究目的:铁路隧道具有可视性差、空间相对封闭、方向感混乱等特点,直接影响铁路运输安全。紧急救援站是设置在隧道内或隧道口,满足着火列车停靠、人员疏散及救援的站点。目前针对紧急救援站的选址研究中,相邻紧急救援站最大设置距离均以20 km为依据,而没有根据线路实际情况分析不同线路相邻救援站设置距离范围,为了更加合理地建设隧道紧急救援站,需对其设置距离范围与选址方案进行研究。研究结论:(1)铁路隧道相邻紧急救援站最大设置距离与线路类型、列车型号及人员疏散时间等因素相关;(2)实际设置救援站备用地点时,应以相邻救援站设置距离为评价目标,综合考虑场地建设可行性、场地建设成本等相关因素;(3)本文研究可为铁路特长隧道紧急救援站选址提供理论依据。 Research purposes: Railway tunnels have the characteristics of poor visibility,relatively closed space,and confusion of direction,which directly affect the safety of railway transportation. The emergency rescue station is a station that is installed in the tunnel or at the tunnel to meet the needs of fire trains,evacuation and rescue. At present,in the research on the location of emergency rescue stations,the maximum set distances of adjacent emergency rescue stations are based on 20 km,and the distance range of adjacent rescue stations in different lines is not analyzed according to the actual situation of the line,it is necessary to study its setting distance range and site selection scheme for building a tunnel emergency rescue station more reasonably.Research conclusions:(1) The maximum installation distance of the emergency rescue station adjacent to the railway tunnel is related to the line type,train model and personnel evacuation time.(2) When actually setting up the rescue station backup site,the distance between adjacent rescue stations should be taken as the evaluation goal,and the relevant factors such as the feasibility of site construction and site construction cost should be comprehensively considered.(3) The research can provide a theoretical basis for the location of emergency rescue station for a long railway tunnel.
