摘要
随着循证医学的发展,证据已经成为临床决策的主要依据,中医古籍作为历代医家临床经验的重要载体,是中医药临床实践的重要证据来源。文章主要运用循证医学思想为中医古籍证据评价分级研究提供思路,并以本课题在研究中的具体内容为例进行思路的阐述,以期中医古籍证据通过评价分级后能够广泛应用于中医临床实践和参与中医循证临床实践指南的制(修)订。
With the development of evidence-based medicine,evidence has become the main basis of clinical decision making.As an important carrier of clinical experience of ancient doctors,ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine are an important source of evidence for clinical practice of TCM.This paper mainly uses the idea of evidence-based medicine to provide the thought for the research of evidence evaluation and classification of TCM ancient books,and takes the specific content of our research subject as an example to state the thought.It is hoped that the evidence of TCM ancient books by evaluating and grading can be widely applied in clinical practice of TCM and participate in the formulation/revision of evidence-based guidelines of clinical practice.
