摘要
医案是中医诊疗经验和学术思想的重要载体,随着循证中医药学的发展,如何对医案质量进行客观评价并纳入证据分级体系是亟待解决的问题。文章通过梳理古今医案特色,比较中西医案差异,分析医案质量现状和取得的成果,提出从真实性、完整性、规范性、客观性、学术性5个维度对医案进行质量评价,制定有中医特色的质量评价工具,促进医案质量评价体系的构建。
Case reports are important media of clinical experience and academic ideas in TCM. With the development of evidence-based Chinese medicine, how to assess the quality of case reports and bring it into the evidence grading system are problems to be solved. This article compared the differences between ancient case reports and modern case reports, case reports in Chinese medicine and Western medicine. And then reviewed quality status of TCM case reports. At last, this article proposes to evaluate the quality of medical records from five dimensions: authenticity, integrity, standardization, objectivity and academic, in order to establish a quality appraisal tool and promote the construction of quality evaluation system.
