摘要
"一带一路"为中医药"走出去"提供良好契机,针灸是国际上认可度较高的一种传统疗法,自古就发挥着良好的养生保健和治疗作用,但由于中医药临床对科学研究方法的忽视,始终难以形成标准化。循证医学的兴起有望为中医药发展提供支持,借助一级证据使针灸技术得到发扬。循证医学在研究方法上与中医思想存在相似之处,体现了"整体观念""以人为本"的治疗理念,循证医学也为中医辨证论治及临床科学研究提供有力的证据支持。在新时代的背景下,中国针灸有望实现国际化,以新的角色站在世界舞台。
’The Belt and Road’has provided good opportunity for Chinese medicine to going out.Acupuncture and moxibustion is a highly-recognized traditional therapy which plays an important role in health care since ancient time.However,because of lacking of scientific research method,the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine is difficult to form.At present,the rise of evidence-based medicine is expected to provide support for the development of traditional Chinese medicine and carry forward the acupuncture and moxibustion with the help of level-one evidence.There are similarities between the research methods of evidence-based medicine and the thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine,which embodies the treatment concept of holism and people oriented.Evidence-based medicine also provides strong evidence support for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine.In the new era,Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion is expected to become international and stand on the world stage with a new role.
