摘要
循证医学的产生与兴起推动了医疗实践由经验模式向证据模式的转变。近年来,研究者开展了大量基于循证医学原理和方法的针灸临床研究,取得了显著的成绩,为针灸现代化提供了契机。但目前针灸学在引入循证医学原理和方法的同时,也面临着诸多严峻的挑战。因此,探索建立符合中医特点的循证医学方法,扩大和完善循证医学在针灸学中的运用范围,将有助于推动针灸的现代化和国际化进程。
The emergence and rise of evidence-based medicine(EBM) promoted the transformation of medical practice model from empirical to evidence. In recent years, researchers have carried out a large number of clinical research on acupuncture based on the principles and methods of EBM methods, and have made significant achievements, providing an opportunity for modernization of acupuncture. At present, while utilizing EBM methods, acupuncture is also need facing many severe challenges.Therefore, exploring the establishment of EBM methods in line with the characteristics of TCM, expanding and perfecting the scope of application of EBM in acupuncture, they are helpful to promote the modernization and internationalization of acupuncture.
