摘要
在实施乡村振兴的时代背景下,顺应农业供给侧结构性改革的发展趋势,田园综合体作为产业融合的新型发展模式应运而生。文章选取凤凰山茶区为研究对象,首先界定田园综合体的内涵及其研究背景,并从资源优势和发展困境两方面分析田园综合体在凤凰山茶区的实施条件,最后从加强宏观规划,科学设计平台;坚持农业为本,促成三产融合;深耕田园特色,推进文旅开发;培育农民组织,实现多元共治;培植龙头企业,构建现代茶园等五个方面提出田园综合体发展模式的构建路径。
As a new development mode of industrial integration,the rural complex emerged under the historic background of the implementation of rural revitalization and in line with the development trend of supply-side structural reform in agriculture.This paper selects the tea producing area of the Fenghuang Mount as the research object.Firstly,it defines the connotation of rural complex and its research background.Second,the author analyzes the implementation conditions of the rural complex in the tea producing area of the Fenghuang Mount from two aspects of resource advantages and development difficulties.Finally,the construction paths of the development mode for the rural complex are put forward from five aspects,including strengthening macro planning and designing platform scientifically;being adhere to agriculture-oriented and promoting the integration of three industries;embracing rural characteristics to promote the utilization of the resource of culture and tourism;building agricultural-worker organizations and realizing multiple governance;cultivating leading enterprises and constructing modern tea garden.
