摘要
田园综合体作为一种新的乡村发展模式,集农业生产、田园生活和生态保护等多种功能于一体,对于促进城乡各类要素流动、缩小城乡发展差异具有重要作用。文章从“共生”理论与田园综合体的内涵出发,分析二者的耦合关系,从多元主体的共生、复合空间的共生、集群产业的共生和多样环境的共生4个方面提出“共生”理论下的田园综合体规划策略,并将这些策略应用于嘉兴市秀洲区省级田园综合体规划中,以期为相关工作提供参考。
As a new model of rural development,rural complex integrates agriculture,life,and ecology,promotes elemental flow and narrows the gap between city and countryside.From the connotation of symbiosis theory and rural complex,the paper analyzes their coupling relationship,proposes planning strategies of rural complex from four aspects:multiple subjects,complex space,industrial agglomeration,and diversified environment.The strategy is practiced in the provincial rural complex planning of Xiuzhou district,Jiaxing city.
