摘要
结合中国传统文化及中医基础理论释义天癸内涵,基于术数理论,探讨天癸周期特点及泌至规律。以天癸物质属性为出发点,认识天癸与肾肝脾关系及其物质功能基础;以中医理论为基础,论述天癸病机为阴阳失调,定数失序;以肾藏精,主生殖,天癸蕴于肾等理论,列举真实临床病例,论述多囊卵巢综合征病机关键为天癸失序,功能异常;以补肾调阴阳,和序调经为其治疗之法,以达肾精足、天癸泌,经调孕子的目的。
This study interpreted the connotation of Tiangui combining Chinese traditional culture and the basic TCM theories, it investigated the periodic characteristics and secretion regularity of Tiangui based on the theory of astrology, it studied the relationship between Tiangui and Kidney, Liver and Spleen, and its material functional basis based on the properties of Tiangui. The study discussed the pathogenesis of Tiangui as the imbalance of Yin and Yang and rule disorder based on the TCM theories. In combination with the theories of Kidney storing essence, Kidney governing reproduction and Tiangui germinating in Kidney, this study enumerated clinical cases and discussed the key pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome were the disorder of Tiangui and its abnormal function;therefore treatment should be based on tonifying Kidney, regulating Yin and Yang, regulating menstruation so as to reach the purpose of invigorating Kidney essence, promoting Tiangui secreting and regulating menstruation to faciliate normal pregnancy.
