摘要
运用田野观察与叙事的方法,以一个社区青少年自发开展的足球活动小组为研究案例,分析了入伙与初建、自我教育、纠纷与矛盾、主题活动、活动的坚持与暂停、圈子的排斥等问题在小组生存发展中的意义。讨论了草根组织自发形成的内在逻辑和供给条件的支持问题,研究了案例中核心成员的主导角色和资源条件社区支持的空间,概括了对小组成员局部观察的活动效果。启示如下:基于社区的青少年体育资源条件有待开发;组织化是青少年校外体育参与的有效形式;创设体育参与的条件促进青少年健康成长。
With the method of field observation and narration,the paper analyzes the significance of participation,initial construction,self-education,disputes,theme activities,persistence and suspension of activities and exclusion of circles in the survival and development of the group by studying a community-based youth spontaneous football activity group case.The paper discusses the internal logic support and supply formed spontaneously by grass-roots organizations,studies the leading role of core members in the case and the space of community resource support of the community,and summarizes the findings of local observation on group members.The enlightenment includes that the community-based youth sports resource conditions need to be developed,organization is the effective form of youth sports participation outside school and the creation of sports participation conditions is to promote the healthy growth of young people.
