摘要
弘扬工匠精神是发展壮大中国制造业的现实需要。本文针对目前我国游客海外购物的现象,及人们对高职教育的偏见,对日本企业背后的工匠精神及其培育进行分析。并从中得出进一步促进在我国高职教育中融入匠人精神的三点启示:在全社会营造一种重视职业教育、崇尚匠人的氛围;构建基于匠人精神的高职学生培养体系;打造一支具有匠人情怀的教师队伍。
This paper analyzes the craftsman spirit under Japanese enterprises and its cultivation.In order to further promote the integration of craftsman spirit into talents training in higher vocational education of China,the paper proposes corresponding measures from the following three aspects:stressing the importance of vocational education and honoring craftsman spirit,building craftsman-type talents training system,and constructing a strong teaching team.
