摘要
文章研究了染料木素对肉鸡生产性能、肌肉氧化稳定性和空肠形态的影响。试验选择675只Ross 308仔鸡随机分为9组(每组5个重复,每个重复15只),日粮处理包括阴性对照组(不含任何添加剂)、2个阳性对照组(20 mg/kg维吉霉素或杆菌肽锌)和6个染料木素组(10、20、40,、80、160和320 mg/kg)。结果:与对照组相比,1~21 d和22~42 d日粮添加抗生素和20~80 mg/kg染料木素均显著增加采食量(P<0.05)。此外,与其他组相比,抗生素组和20~80 mg/kg染料木素组日增重显著提高(P<0.05)。虽然胰腺、心脏和腿肌的相对重量不受日粮处理影响(P>0.05),但抗生素组或20~40 mg/kg染料木素组显著提高了胴体重(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加染料木素显著降低了血清甘油三酯和胆固醇浓度(P<0.05)。20~320 mg/kg染料木素组可提高肌肉氧化稳定性(P<0.05)。抗生素组绒毛高度最大(P<0.05),其次是40 mg/kg染料木素组。与对照组相比,日粮添加抗生素降低了回肠沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。同样,日粮添加20 mg/kg以上水平的染料木素可减少沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加抗生素和20~80 mg/kg染料木素均可提高粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和能量的消化率(P<0.05)(P<0.01)。本研究结果表明,日粮中添加20~80 mg/kg染料木素对肉鸡生长性能、胴体氧化稳定性和肠道菌群具有有益影响。
We conducted this study to evaluate the effects of genistein on production performance,muscle oxidation stability and jejunum morphology of broilers.A total of 675 Ross 308 chicks were randomly divided into 9 groups(5 replays per group,15 replays per replicate),with diet treatment including negative control group(without any additives),2 positive control groups(20 mg/kg virgamycin or bacitracin zinc)and 6 genistein groups(10,20,40,80,160 and 320 mg/kg).Results:compared with the control group,dietary addition of antibiotics and 20~80 mg/kg genistein at 1~21 d and 22~42 d significantly increased food intake(P<0.05).In addition,daily weight gain was significantly increased in the antibiotic group and the 20~80 mg/kg genistein group compared with other groups(P<0.05).Although the relative weight of the pancreas,heart and leg muscles was not affected by dietary treatment(P>0.05),carcass weight was significantly increased in the antibiotic group or the 20~40 mg/kg genistrin group(P<0.05).The dietary addition of genistein significantly reduced serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels compared with the control group(P<0.05).The oxidative stability of muscle was improved in 20~320 mg/kg genistein group(P<0.05).Villi height was the highest in the antibiotic group(P<0.05),followed by 40 mg/kg genistein group.Compared with the control group,dietary addition of antibiotics reduced the number of salmonella ileum and E.coli(P<0.05).Similarly,dietary addition of genistein above 20 mg/kg reduced the number of salmonella(P<0.05).Dietary addition of antibiotics and 20~80 mg/kg genistein increased the digestibility of crude protein,crude fat and energy(P<0.05)(P<0.01).The results of this study indicated that dietary addition of 20~80 mg/kg genistein had beneficial effects on growth performance,carcass oxidation stability and intestinal flora of broiler chickens.
