摘要
目的建立染料木素和大豆苷原的薄层扫描测定方法。方法薄层色谱条件是:吸附剂:聚酰胺-6薄膜,展开剂:苯-丁酮-甲醇(3∶1∶0.5),结果染料木素和大豆苷原均在250nm处有最大吸收,本法线性关系良好(染料木素:r=0.9993;大豆苷原:r=0.9995)。染料木素的平均回收率98.52%(n=5);大豆苷原的平均回收率99.45%(n=5)。结论方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于测定染料木素和大豆苷原的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a TLC scanning (TLCS)method for determination of genistein and daidzein. METHODS The conditions of the TLC were as follow:The absorber was Polyamide-6 diaphragm. The mobile phase was benzene-butanone-ethanol(3 : 1 : 0.5). RESULTS Genistein and daidzein had the max absorption in 250nm and the method has a good linear dependence(Genistein: r = 0. 9993 ,daidzein: r = 0. 9995). The average recovery was 98.52%, RSD = 1. 90% (genistein; n =5) and 99.45%, RSD =2.49% ( daidzein, n =5) . CONCLUSION The method was convenient,correct,reliable and suitable for determination of genistein and daidzein.
