摘要
根据高河矿综掘工作面的生产及粉尘防治情况,通过现场采样在实验室测试粉尘的产尘性能,分析工作面的粉尘分布规律,确定综掘工作面的粉尘治理方法,形成掘进机外喷雾和长压短抽控除尘相结合的综合降尘系统。经测试,采用该综合降尘系统后,掘进机司机处和机尾15m处的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率均达到了90%以上,极大地改善了综掘工作面的粉尘问题。
According to the production and dust control situation of the 20105 fully mechanized mining face in Gao He mine,the dust producing properties of the dust were tested in the laboratory,the dust distribution pattern of the working face was analyzed,and the dust treatment method for the fully mechanized working face was determined,and an integrated dustfall system was formed,which combined the spray outside the tunnelling machine and the long pressure short pumping control dust collection.After testing,the total dust and respirable dust removal rate at the driver’s office and 10 m after the unit of the roadheader reached more than 90%,which greatly solved the dust problem in the fully mechanized excavation face.
