摘要 在对长压短抽通风除尘系统通风阻力分析的基础上,结合除尘器性能测试,找出除尘器现场应用中抽风量偏小的原因。通过除尘系统通风阻力分析,结合实验室实验,提出了改变原除尘器喷雾架及过滤网层数的降阻方案,并在现场进行了应用,成功降低了除尘系统阻力,风量提高120 m3/min,取得了良好的降尘效果。 Based on the analysis of the ventilation resistance of the dust removal system by ventilation with long forcing duct and short exhaust duct and combined with the performance test of the dust removal system, the cause of small exhaust air quantity of the dust removal system in its site application was found out. Through analyzing the ventilation resistance of the dust removal system and by combining with its performance test, a resistance reduction scheme by changing the water spraying frame and the number of the filter layers of the original dust removal system was put forward. This scheme was applied at the site, the ventilation resistance of the dust removal system was successfully reduced, the air volume increased by 120 m3/min, and good dust removal effect was achieved.
