摘要 对于体积、质量巨大的1000 kV特高压变压器,将其运输到山区变电站比较困难,若采用解体运输可极大减小变压器长距离运输难度,减少用于桥梁加固、道路拓宽的费用,以及大型特种车辆使用费。但现场组装条件比制造厂差,可能会对现场组装的变压器质量带来不确定因素,因此需要开展现场试验对变压器质量进行检验。空负载试验被认为是检测铁芯、磁屏蔽、绕组导电性能的最有效方法之一,但也存在试验功率大、装置复杂、设备现场布置难展开等问题。为此,对试验主要装置的参数进行了论证及验证。 It is hard to transport 1000 kV UHV transformers with huge mass and size to substations in mountain areas.The disassembled transformers are manufactured to reduce the difficulties and cost of long-distance transportation on bridge reconstruction,road widening and rent of special vehicles.As field assembling conditions are generally worse than those in factories,this may have an uncertain negative influence on the quality of transformers assembled on site.Thus,it is necessary to carry out field test to inspect the quality of the transformers.No-load tests are considered as one of the most effective methods to test the flaws of iron core,magnetic shielding and winding conductivity.However,there are also some problems in the test,such as the high power demand,the complex device and the difficult site layout.For those reasons,the parameters ofmajor devices needed in the test are demonstrated and verified.
