摘要
油中金属的存在,被认为是变压器油老化和介质损耗值增大的原因之一。笔者采用了(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)直接测定变压器油中金属含量,并对仪器的工作条件进行了优化,以多元素油基贮备液配置而成的ConostanS-21和Conostan75油基标样制作校正曲线,油样品采用航煤稀释5倍,测定了变压器油中主要金属元素含量。并对不同金属含量的变压器油进行了老化后的酸值、介损对比试验,分析金属含量对变压器油性能的危害性关系。
The existence of metals in transformer oil is considered as one of the factors in hastening its aging and increasing the dielectric loss.An analytical method for determining metal elemenis directly by ICP-AES was proposed in this paper.The optimum condition was selected.The Conostan S-21 and Conostan 75 (oH-base standard samples)prepared by multi-element oil-base reserved standard samples were applied to make cahbration curve.Oil samples were diluted 5 times by kerosene.The contents of main metals in transformer oil were determined by ICP-AES.A comparison test for the acid number and dielectric loss among transformer oil with different metal-content after aging is presented, as well as the analysis of the relation between the metal content and its hazard on the performance of transformer oil.
