小檗碱/壳聚糖季铵盐纳米粒的制备及其表征 被引量:2

摘要 目的制备小檗碱/壳聚糖季铵盐纳米粒并考察其理化特性。方法采用离子交联法制备小檗碱/壳聚糖季铵盐纳米粒,通过紫外分光光度法(ultraviolet,UV)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscopy,TEM)、动态光散射(dynamic light scattering,DLS)、动态透析法研究其特性。结果小檗碱纳米粒粒径为300 nm左右,多分散性指数(polydispersity index,PDI)为0.1~0.3,呈类球型,粒径较为均一,分布均匀,载药量为(14.27±0.017)%,包封率为(94.17±0.11)%,具有缓释作用,48 h累计释放量为55.46%。结论离子交联法成功构建小檗碱/壳聚糖季铵盐纳米粒,粒径均一,呈类球形,粒度均匀,分散性良好,具有缓释作用。 Objective To prepare berberine/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt nanoparticles and to investigate their physicochemical properties.Methods Berberine/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt nanoparticles were prepared by ion crosslinking method.Its properties were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),dynamic light scattering(DLS)and dynamic dialysis.Results The particle size of berberine nanoparticles was about 300 nm,and the polydispersity index(PDI)was 0.1~0.3.The Berberine nanoparticles are sphere-like,with relatively uniform particle size and uniform distribution.The drug loading was(14.27±0.017)%,the encapsulation rate was(94.17±0.11)%,and the cumulative release amount was 55.46%after 48 h.Conclusion Berberine/chitosan quaternary ammonium salt nanoparticles were successfully constructed by ion cross-linking method.The particle size was uniform and spherical,with good dispersion and slow release.
