摘要
在批量进行大客车涂装打磨原子灰作业时,对于车身上的异型灯孔面(这些灯孔结构呈异型形状,不是圆形,也不是多边型,而是椭圆与锥形的结合体),由于市场上本身合适的打磨工具完成打磨工序,操作者不得不采用食指垫着砂纸的原始办法打磨此类局部位置,操作质量不好,手指局部受力较大,打磨时间不长就会出现劳累现象,并且砂纸利用率极低,或者直接采用旋转气磨机的边缘部位打磨此处,容易将异型灯孔的周边棱边磨穿,造成客车在后期的使用期间漆面脱落。文章针对此类施工问题,分析和研究出一种带有锥度的异型深孔打磨工具头,配上气动工具使用,非常实用,解决此类结构的施工问题。
In the batch painting and grinding of atomic ash for buses,for the special-shaped light hole surface on the bus body(these light hole structure is shaped,not round,not polygonal,but a combination of ellipse and cone),due to the proper polishing tools on the market to complete the polishing process,the operator has to use the original method of putting sandpaper on the forefinger to Polish this kind of local position.The operation quality is not good,and the local force on the finger is relatively large,grinding time is not long will appear tired phenomenon,and sandpaper utilization rate is extremely low,or direct use of rotary air mill to polish the edge here,easy to abnormity lamp hole peripheral edge wear,resulting in the bus in the late use of the paint peeling.In view of this kind of construction problem,this paper analyses and studies a kind of special-shaped deep hole grinding tool head with taper.
