摘要
在取消中涂打磨工序和递减返修打磨直行阻碍的背景下,成功通过了对涂装门档限位治具实施使用一回清洗工艺的应用。从治具碎屑产生的原因进行分析,然后从提升治具清洗能力入手,分别解决了能力不足、清洗容纳数不足、物流无法满足等的若干困难课题,实现了涂装打磨点数量的递减,甚至有效降低了成本。
Door coating jigs have been applied with one-stop paint-removing process succefully as viewed from the trends of canceling the grinding process of intercoat and reducing the obstacle of straight grinding.In this article,the chippings occurred on jigs are analyzed.Accordingly several problems including paint-removing ability,cleanning ability and delivering ability,etc.are resolved so as to reduce the grinding points and production cost.
