摘要
云南建水紫陶泥料以建水境内的五色土为主要原料,即天然呈色红、黄、青、白、紫等五色土。五色土主要含有SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3等化学成分,高温烧制后各种金属元素的氧态化呈现出色彩变化。因此通过对云南建水紫陶泥料进行成分分析的基础上,研究不同的配兑比例的烧制样品的吸水率、抗震性进行分析,并对铅和镉的溶出量进行检测,以保障紫陶制品的质量与安全。研究结果表明,依据不同产品要求,可以调整五色土的配兑比例达到最佳的产品性能。
Jianshui Purple Pottery clay material takes five-color clay in Jianshui as the main raw material.That is five types of natural red,yellow,green,white and purple clay.Colored soil mainly contains SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3,such as chemical composition,after the high temperature burn sludge fluidized,the metal elements in the oxygen present a color change.So in Yunnan Jianshui purple pottery clay material on the basis of composition analysis,research the different match against the proportion of clay material made of green-ware exquisite,At the same time,the water absorption and seismic resistance of the fired samples were analyzed,and the dissolved amount of lead and cadmium was tested to ensure the quality and safety of purple pottery products.The results show that the blending ratio of five-color soil can be adjusted according to the requirements of different products to achieve the best product performance.
